What would you pay?
Moving in is quoted separately, based on the tools you’re leaving and how much history comes with you.

What counts as a module?
One service you sell, such as tax preparation, bookkeeping or estate planning. Each brings its own stages, checklists, portal pages and reports.
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans are monthly. Moving in is a one-time quote.
Can we keep some of our current tools?
Yes. Bractel connects to the tools you keep, such as your accounting software and email, and brings their data in so everything is in one place.
Do we have to use AI?
No. AI is optional. Use ours, bring your own, or leave it off. Organising, tracking, reminders, the portal and billing all work without it.
Can we use our own AI?
Yes, on any plan. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other AI with an API using your own key, or run a local model on your own hardware. With your own key, and your data goes to them under your agreement with them. Your AI can also work inside Bractel directly, with exactly your permissions.
Is AI sending things to our clients?
Not on its own. Bractel’s reminders and deadlines run on rules you can read. The assistant drafts and suggests, and a person on your team approves anything that goes out.
What if Bractel goes away?
Your data is yours. You can export your complete records at any time, and there’s no annual contract holding you in.
